【Bilingual】关于强化企业疫情防控措施的倡议书
佛山广大企业、员工：
当前疫情形势复杂严峻，我市面临“外防输入、内防反弹”较大压力。为保障企业稳定生产经营和员工身体健康，现就近期强化企业疫情防控措施倡议如下：
一、严格入门管理。落实“口罩必戴、体温必测、场所码必扫、健康码和行程卡必查”的要求，确保不漏一人。
二、加强出行管理。非必要不前往发生疫情地区，对近7天有涉疫地区以及外省、外市旅居史人员要求向所在社区（村）报备，按属地要求落实防控措施。企业来（返）佛人员需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，旅途中做好防护，抵佛后执行“三天三检三不”并做好健康监测。跨市通勤人员保持24小时内核酸检测阴性出行。
三、严控聚集性活动。少聚餐、少聚集，避免前往人员密集场所，非必要不举办聚集活动，阻断疫情传播。如需举办聚集性活动需向属地疫情防控部门报备并落实相关的疫情防控要求。
四、保持核酸检测频次。企业各类“应检尽检”重点人群要按照行业主管部门和属地要求，实施定期核酸检测。鼓励企业适当增加员工核酸检测频次。

Initiative on Intensifying
Enterprise-Based COVID-19
Prevention and Control
Dear employers and employees in Foshan,
Due to the complicated and severe COVID-19 situation, Foshan is facing mounting pressure to "prevent cases from outside the city and a resurgence of outbreak within the city". In order to guarantee the stable operation and production of enterprises and the health of employees, we advocate intensifying enterprise-based COVID-19 prevention and control through the following measures.
1. Implementing strict entry management. Everyone should wear a mask, have his/her body temperature checked, scan the venue code, and show his/her health code and travel card without exception.
2. Strengthening travel management. Individuals are advised not to visit any place with positive case(s) unless necessary. Those that have visited or lived in such a place, other province or city in the past 7 days should report to their residential community (village) and follow local prevention and control measures. Those who plan to visit (return to) a local enterprise from outside Foshan need to hold a 48-hour negative PCR test result and implement sound personal protection during the trip. They should also take three daily PCR tests in a row, avoid dining together with others, gatherings or visiting crowded places, and conduct health monitoring after arriving in Foshan. Commuters between Foshan and other cities should always be tested negative within 24 hours.
3. Strictly controlling gatherings. To curb the COVID-19 transmission, individuals should reduce dining together with others, gatherings or visiting crowded places, and avoid organizing group activities unless necessary. If there is indeed a need for any group activity, the organizer should report to local COVID-19 prevention and control authority and follow related requirements.
4. Maintaining a certain frequency of PCR tests. Individuals of key groups should get tested on a regular basis as required by administrative departments and local authorities. Employers are encouraged to increase frequency of PCR tests for their employees.
